Array Ventures evaluates submissions at its sole discretion. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, commitment or guarantee of investment, service capital, advisory engagement or any other arrangement unless and until set out in a signed written agreement between you and Array Innovative Services Pvt. Ltd. (or the relevant Array entity).

We understand that founders and researchers may share sensitive or proprietary information with us. We will treat materials submitted through the Site in accordance with our internal confidentiality practices and any separate non-disclosure agreement executed between the parties. However, no confidentiality obligation is implied by the mere submission of materials through the Site absent a signed agreement, except as required by applicable law.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Any engagement for advisory, venture-building, Service Capital or commercialization services will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out the specific scope, terms and obligations of each party

Where Array Ventures provides services, expertise or execution capability in exchange for equity or other consideration under a Service Capital arrangement, the specific terms, valuation, equity percentage, milestones and obligations of each party will be set out in a definitive written agreement. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a binding offer of Service Capital terms.

The Site may reference or link to third-party organizations, associations, partners, portfolio companies or ecosystem partners. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, partnership or joint venture unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Array Innovative Services Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on any content published on it.
